Building a Leadership Culture |
Are you going to stop all your work or would you probably would that vacuum never be filled ? Which probably is . If you are a good leader or if you wish to become a good leader , it is extremely bossy . Actually , it is extremely , extremely important to build own leadership culture because , you know , a person might just be there or might not be there , but that abut a good leader should definitely be there in your organization .
Right . So your entire walking should probably not just be centered on one person , but around a good leader and to become a good leader . You basically need to develop a good leadership culture .
And if you are a leader , well , it is quite in your hands . So let us see , how do you actually build a good leadership culture , any organization ? OK .
Now , first , and the most important thing which has a leader or as a person , if you wish to become a leader , it is extremely important for you to instill this confidence in everyone that anyone can be a leader . Yes , that is right . Because , you know , if you are a leader and you happen to concentrate all the bar just around you or just within you , well , then no one else would ever feel or everyone would be very , very dependent on you .
Right . But because you also develop a good leadership culture , it is extremely important not to make people dependent on you , but rather to make them realize that anyone can be a good leader or rather , to make them kind of feel that even they could be a good leader after some time . Right .
So foreign leader , to reinforce this fact in your in basically , although , you know , in all the team members minds , is it is extremely important that it should be there , that anyone could be a leader . Right . So being a leader , it is extremely important that you constantly reinforce reinforcing this fact that anyone could be leader . It is only then that whether you are there or you are not there , but a good leadership would never , ever lose track .
Right ?
Well , so if you wish to become a good leader , do not forget to instill this confidence in everyone's mind that anyone can be a leader .
OK , now here to basically , if you really want to develop a good culture in your organization of or if you really want to develop a good leadership culture in your organization , self less leadership , which might just sound abstract , but it is really important to have a selfless leadership .
Right .
So when I say selfless leadership , it should be more driven by respect and loyalty than my own kind of authority . Right . So you , instead of displaying a priority , should be more displaying a selfless character as a leader . It is only then that there would be more people who would basically learn to be good leaders . Right . Even if you are there or you are not there . But people would instill or your team members would instill this character looking at you .
And they also would become very , very effective leaders , even , you know , after you are there or you're not there . Right . So selfless leadership is yet another very , very important guiding tool to basically develop a good leadership culture or any organization . Well , how about this , so being the leader , it is important or and if you actually wish to bring about a good leadership culture . Well , when I say leadership culture , it not just means that you being a leader .
I just kind of creating another leader , but you being a leader , if you are able to develop a good leadership culture , you also would increase the efficiency of your entire team because , well , then any member of your team might not be designated as a leader , but because he or she has kind of imbibed those characters because of the culture that you have created , well , then their efficiency will definitely increase .
And which in turn is going to make the team bonding very strong and as a result , the productivity would increase . Right . So it has many fold effect . So , you know , it would definitely be a good idea that if you wish to develop a good leadership culture , you should be establishing long term goals because short term goals would be fulfilled . But how about long term goals ? So when you have long term goals , it is going to keep the entire team united .
And because now they know that as an entity , they need to accomplish this entire long term goal . So automatically the leaders who this this this cultural leadership is definitely going to flourish much more and is going to kind of , you know , be reinforced in every person's mind that because this long term goal is there and we need to fulfill it .
Hence we all kind of need to be as a single entity and we need to be . Every person needs to be a good leader to fulfill this school . Right . So long term goal , if you are able to establish well , then definitely you are establishing a good leadership culture because then everyone knows that now they have to walk towards the single domain and they need to be there need to be good leaders to make that happen . Okay , well , another very , very important point , which is kind of , you know , very , very , very common to see Hunt , you need to be a good leader , but not a victim .
Right , because every member , as I told you , every member of your team who looks up to you as a leader . Definitely imbibes a lot from everything that you do . So if you , instead of being a good leader , are kind of bordering as a victim . Right . So then definitely things are not going to work . Right , because if you are portering as a victim , this is what your team members are learning from you . And I mean , it might even be possible that they might not even consider you good as a , you know , a good of a leader .
And because no one is respecting you as a leader . Definitely in the entire structure of the team is going to collapse . Right . So if you really want to kind of build a good leadership culture , well , then it is really important to basically not act as a victim . Right . So instead of that should be a good leader , a one one who is basically empowering everyone who is , you know , who basically keeps the entire team united and definitely into instills a lot of encouragement , a lot of positive thinking and a lot of unity in the entire team rather than just playing the victim card .
So we humans tend to fall into this trap of playing victim God , but try to kind of save yourself from this attitude .
